Founded by Yoon Tuck Kuen and Lee Kim Kee, Kim Bee Huat Hardware (M) Sdn. Bhd.—known as KBH Shutters—is a family business built on experience in the shutter industry.
Today, that foundation supports our work in manufacturing, supply, installation, maintenance and service. From our base in Puchong, we help customers with complete shutter systems, replacement components and practical on-site requirements.
From one opening to a complete development.
Our work includes individual shopfronts, commercial premises, warehouse openings and multi-unit projects. A customer may come to us with a new building plan, a shutter that needs attention or just the dimensions of one opening. Each enquiry begins with understanding what the shutter needs to do and the conditions in which it will operate.
Opening size, operating method, curtain style, access and compatible components all matter. We bring these considerations together when discussing a suitable system, a replacement part or the next step for an existing installation.
Support beyond the installation.
A shutter remains part of a building’s daily routine long after it is fitted. Alongside new installations, KBH provides repair, servicing and maintenance support—including enquiries for shutters installed by other companies. Share photographs, the location and a description of the issue so our team can discuss the appropriate assessment.
You do not need a large project to work with us. One opening, one replacement component or a coordinated shutter package: we welcome the conversation and confirm the proposed scope through a quotation.

Can you supply shutters for our own team to install?
Yes. KBH supplies complete shutter sets as well as motors, springs, chain blocks, slats and accessories. Share the opening dimensions and requirements so we can discuss the appropriate supply.
Do you repair shutters installed by another company?
Yes. We accept repair, servicing and maintenance enquiries for shutters installed by other companies. Send your location, a photo and a description of the issue for an initial discussion.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Your project location, opening width and height, and a photo or drawing are a useful start. For repairs, describe the problem and share any available motor or shutter details. Final scope and pricing depend on the requirements and assessment.
Do you offer maintenance packages?
Yes. Contact us to discuss your shutter type, usage and site requirements. We can discuss a suitable servicing and maintenance arrangement.
