What should I send for a replacement?
Provide the shutter dimensions and photographs of the installed assembly and any existing markings. A trained installer should establish spring dimensions and winding details where access is required.
Can I buy just the spring?
Individual component enquiries are welcome. KBH will confirm the required item, quantity and suitability before supply.
