Kim Bee Huat Hardware (M) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 1994. Under the KBH Shutters name, we manufacture, supply and install roller shutter systems, backed by repair and maintenance support.
Based in Puchong, our experience spans commercial developments, factories, warehouses and institutional facilities. We work with main contractors, property owners and installation teams, from single openings to coordinated multi-unit shutter packages.

A few useful answers.
Can you supply shutters for our own team to install?
Yes. KBH supplies complete shutter sets as well as motors, springs, chain blocks, slats and accessories. Share the opening dimensions and requirements so we can discuss the appropriate supply.
Do you repair shutters installed by another company?
Yes. We accept repair, servicing and maintenance enquiries for shutters installed by other companies. Send your location, a photo and a description of the issue for an initial discussion.
What do you need to prepare a quotation?
Your project location, opening width and height, and a photo or drawing are a useful start. For repairs, describe the problem and share any available motor or shutter details. Final scope and pricing depend on the requirements and assessment.
Do you offer maintenance packages?
Yes. Contact us to discuss your shutter type, usage and site requirements. We can discuss a suitable servicing and maintenance arrangement.
